Dr. Jeanneath D. Velarde is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Education major in English, Master of Arts major in English, and Doctor of Philosophy major in Psychology and Guidance. Also, she took up Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) in London, England. She worked as a lecturer, SIS Coordinator,Academic Council and Curriculum Committee member, e-learning facilitator, Professional Development Chairperson, Researcher and Speaker at Jubail University College, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before she worked abroad, she served as a professor at Centro Escolar University and Manuel Luis Quezon University, Manila, Philippines. She was the President of CEU Graduate School Student Council(2010) and the Vice President for Education of the Toastmasters International, Manila and Jubail,KSA. She conducts seminar on blended learning, teaching strategies and methodologies,on-line instructional materials, research,public speaking, counselling, test preparation, and juvenile delinquency. In addition, she edits researches and journals, writes essays and poems which were mostly published in local and international journals. Her researches were mostly presented in international conferences held in the Philippines, South Korea, Germany, Italy, England, KSA, and the United States. Currently, she is writing a Dissertation paper for her 2nd Ph.D in English while serving as the Dean of Arts and Sciences at Emilio Aguinaldo College,Cavite and the Vice President of Global Educators Organization.
