I teach people how to use Professional Scrum to improve outcomes for problems or challenges in the complex, adaptive space in any field of work.
I use many complimentary practices with the Scrum framework when I practice Scrum or help others doing it. Scrum is in iterative, incremental approach based on lean and empiricism. It is a collaborative way of working rather than competitive within a team or organization. I've enjoyed more than 3 decades of success with this approach, in countries around the world. I speak Japanese and English and I enjoy international travel for business or pleasure.
