Todd's mixed-methods, interventionist, collaborative-development research explores transformative, digitally-supported activity systems in post-Soviet higher education. He theorizes using Activity Theory, digital-learning models such as the Community of Inquiry, and social-psychological constructs like agency, empowerment and prospectus.
