Todd's mixed-methods, interventionist, collaborative-development research explores transformative, digitally-supported activity systems in post-Soviet higher education. He theorizes using Activity Theory, digital-learning models such as the Community of Inquiry, and social-psychological constructs like agency, empowerment and prospectus. He is co-founder of Collaboritsi.com, a collaborative-thinking consultancy, and an Associate Researcher at UOIT's EILAB, Canada. He is a Metis and Ukrainian Canadian living in Kyiv, Ukraine.
