I am a college instructor at RRC Polytech in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, where I teach in teacher education and support the preparation of Educational Assistant students and other adult learners. My work focuses on instructional design, active learning, inclusive pedagogy, and the thoughtful integration of digital tools to support meaningful learning experiences.

I am also a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at ESGCI Paris. My doctoral research examines artificial intelligence adoption in higher education, with a focus on faculty development, ethical decision-making, and sustainable integration of AI in teaching and learning.

I joined this community to deepen my understanding of the Community of Inquiry framework and to learn from others exploring social presence, cognitive presence, and teaching presence in online and blended learning.
